Refund & Store Credit Policy

At Avori Active Wear, we want you to feel confident in every order.

If your item doesn’t fit, arrives damaged, or you experience any issue with your order, we’re happy to offer store credit.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return/store credit:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags must still be attached

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue

We’ll organise a replacement or store credit.

Sizing & Fit

If your item doesn’t fit the way you expected, you can return it for store credit so you can exchange it for a different size or product.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, some items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
